Middi and Aztec are proud to announce

the arrival of their babies

on October 10, 2007!

This exciting cross brings the Firehouse breeding program full circle and is the breeding we've planned for the past 9 years!  The anticipation during pregnancy is finally over and we look forward to watching how these darlings grow over the next 8 weeks!

Since Don and I absolutely love our new home near the ghost town of Gleeson, Arizona (formerly named Turquoise, AZ), which represents a new beginning for us in an old place, it seemed fitting to name these babies after the mines that gave birth to the settlements here.

7 weeks old!

Pejon

Blue Merle Male  //  Blue eyes  //  7 lbs

Peej is growing into a very handsome young man!  He is active, playful and adventurous with a happy approach to everything!

The sparkle in his eyes tells it all!

Brother Jonathan

Blue Merle Male  //  Blue eyes  //  6.75 lbs

Jonathan couldn't be more beautiful with his rakish eye patch. Jon is more laid back and quiet with a more considered approach to life!
Jon is the snuggle-bunny of the group.

Silver Belle, aka
Sibelle

Black Tri Female  //  Brown eyes  //  4 lbs, 13 oz.
Available

Sibelle is SUCH a cutie-pie!  She is outgoing and happy and playful and everything fun!

AND.... she is still the spitting image/clone of her mother Middi!  I have never had a puppy that was SO identical to a parent before -- both in looks and temperament!

Turqui is now known as Ryder (thank goodness); and here she is at 5 months old!

Turquoise

Blue Merle Female  //  Marbled/Blue eyes  //  5 lbs, 2 oz

Turqui -- not quite the name one would normally call a baby, but she IS!  Turqui is just outrageously fun and playful!  Always the instigator and always the first -- Turqui is more than cool!

There's something really good on that shoe!

Jonathan debates whether to go back inside or run and play!

A Trio of Trouble: Sibelle, Pejon and Jonathan

Tuffy checks out Sibelle while Pejon checks out the goings on in the yard.

  Turquoise wants to go outside!

And she's off!

  Turqui and Pejon

A whole crew of trouble:  Savannah (by the table), Aztec (left), the Pomeranians (Lacy facing Aztec and Lexi in front), Sibelle (behind Lacy), Jonaathan, Pejon, Turqui, and Kona (standing in foreground) all with the ultimate babysitter, Carl!

  Carl has a favorite :-)

Look what Sibelle found!

Oops, Jonathan found it, too.

Now Sedona's in on the secret. Dangit!

So when babies are potty trained early what do you do with the potty box?
Gather all your toys and sleep in it, silly!

And when all the humans stare at the TV instead of you, what should a puppy do?

Guido just LOVES his new Turqui-Toy :-)
